Your privacy is important to us (and we are not just saying that) so we only collect what is necessary. We only collect the information you provide to us. We do not use cookies.
Why do we collect the information and what is it used for?
We use your personal details to verify your account and cache it so you don’t have to login every time. Non-identifying information, for example, which team you follow, will be used to analyse and report on survey responses. We want to be able to present the most meaningful data we can, to influence the changes in the sport that fans want.
How do we store your information?
All the information you provide to us is stored on Australian servers. Any information transferred by the internet may not be secure, but we do everything we can to protect the information held by us.
Do we share your information?
We will not give away identifiable information you provide to us without your consent. Any data or information shared or published will be de-identified and aggregated.
We will disclose your personal information if required by law or to a third party if you have breached our Terms and Conditions and caused injury to that third party.
What if I don’t want my information retained?
You can at any time ask us to delete your account by emailing support @ fans-haveyoursay.com. We will delete the account and delete your information held by us.
